Shaughnessy Cudmore-Keating
Shaughnessy received a Master’s degree from the MAPH program at the University of Chicago, having done his undergraduate work at St. Francis Xavier University. Shaughnessy’s main interests are the Philosophy of Mind and of Language, as well as the History of Philosophy broadly.
Alex Fiander
Alex recently completed an MA at Western Michigan University, having previously earned a BA at the College of Wooster. Alex is interested in Epistemology, the Philosophy of Mind and of Language.
Matthew Jackson
Matthew received both his BA and MA from the University of Georgia. His main interests are in Ethics, Social and Political Philosophy, Philosophy of Race and Feminist Philosophy. Matthew has been awarded the department’s Nelson Fellowship.
Valerii Latyshev
Valerii completed an MA program at San Francisco State University, having earlier received a degree in mathematics from Oxford. He says that his interests lie at “the intersection of metaphysics and ethics”, such as free will, moral responsibility, and personal identity.
Antonio Monaco
Antonio received an MA from Georgia State University as well as one from the University of Pisa, where he also did his undergraduate work. Antonio’s main philosophical interests are in the philosophy of action and adjacent areas of epistemology and the philosophy of mind. Antonio is the recipient of a College Recruitment Fellowship.
